Rodrigo Bacus

Rodrigo is a legal worker for the people in the Technical Assistance & Capacity Building practice. Prior to TakeRoot Justice, Rodrigo did research with UNITE HERE on the lived experiences and workplace conditions of migrant workers in the hospitality industry. Rodrigo graduated from Fordham Law School and was a Stein Scholar and the Public Service Valedictorian. Rodrigo also spent time in Fordham Law as a Crowley Scholar, in the Leitner Center for International Law and Justice, to investigate the conditions of Burmese refugees in Thailand’s border. Rodrigo spends the rest of the time involved in and actively supporting the movements of directly impacted people.
