TakeRoot Justice provides legal services, participatory research assistance and policy support to our community-based partners in social justice movements. Rather than engage with the sole goal of winning cases or campaigns, we reimagine how law, research and policy can be used to help build grassroots, community groups — who in turn power movements — achieve long-lasting systemic change.
