Francisco Tecaxco Munoz was born in Puebla, Mexico. He migrated with his family to Queens, New York at the age of five. At 17 years old, he became a DACA beneficiary. During this time, he also started organizing with other undocumented youth, where he learned they have the power to create change regardless of immigration status. Since then, he has been an organizer for immigrants’ and workers and fighting the displacement and criminalization of his immigrant community.
