Nicole Green has a diverse skill set which includes civil rights advocacy, government service experience on the federal, state and city-levels, nonprofits, storm-recovery, compliance, risk, finance and entrepreneurship. Prior to her current role as the General Counsel and Director of Contract Management for TakeRoot Justice, she adjudicated matters for the NYC Office of Administrative Hearings, while also helming a diversity and inclusion company and a private legal practice.
Nicole is a member of the New York City Bar Association’s Civil Rights Committee and the Construction Committee. In her spare time, she mentors first-generation college students through her participation in America Needs You and she serves on the Board of Directors for You Gotta Believe, a nonprofit dedicated to finding forever homes for youths who are aging out of foster care.
Nicole is a graduate of Ohio University, Boston University School of Law and the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
