Tito supervises the Workers’ Rights team. He has worked as a Senior Associate in civil rights firms litigating claims of wage and hour violations and employment discrimination. Tito’s experience has also included working at the Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund, the New York City Commission on Human Rights, and having his own law practice. He obtained his J.D. from City University of New York School of Law and his B.A. from Swarthmore College.
