Linden Miller

Linden is a staff attorney in the Workers’ Rights practice area. Linden received her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where she was active in the student chapter of the National Lawyers’ Guild. She interned with the New York Legal Assistance Group bringing legal services into communities with the Mobile Legal Help Center. Linden also worked on police misconduct and prisoners’ rights cases with Cardozo’s Civil Rights Clinic and at Newman Ferrara LLP. As a Pro Bono Scholar, Linden worked in the Housing Help Program of The Legal Aid Society representing tenants facing eviction. Linden also worked in TakeRoot Justice’s Housing Rights team representing tenant associations in affirmative litigation combatting harassment and fighting for habitable housing.
